These are, by far, the best donuts I've ever had in my life.
I like to consider myself a donut connoisseur... and these donuts, which are handmade on location, served by those who make them, are AMAZING!
My only advice is to come early in the morning... this Camarillo gem is known by the locals, so if you intend on sampling heavenly pastries for breakfast you'd better get there before they sell out for the day! Sunday mornings are their busiest from what we've seen!
We LOVE Rolling Pin! -

I would give them 5 Stars, but twice now we've driven down from Newbury Park and they've been closed at 10:30 AM when their hours state they are open til noon. When we asked about it, they said they close when they run out of donuts. When we further asked when that typically is, they said between 9:30 and 10:00 am on weekends. I'm sorry, you need to make more donuts then, or state your hours are only until 10am.
Their donuts are amazing! So if you can get them, they're totally worth the calories! -

Really worth the hype! On first look you might miss this place. Second look, you might think its a shady area. Third time, when you see the line outside and taste the food, you realize it is a must visit.
We tried the blueberry cake donut and croissants here. Donuts are out of this world. I have not tastes something so unique and delicious before. Things sell out really fast. We could see locals coming in and taking boxes full of donuts. By 10 am, all they have is so croissants left over. No donuts.
So, go try this place out if you are in the area. You will not be disappointed. -

We just got back from buying a few of their donuts. We were second or third in line. We knew what we wanted. So we ordered away. When questions came up as to which flavor we said one of each. That's to make things easy for the guy taking the order. Also there was a line forming fast!
They open at 6pm. Unlike other donut stores that opens at 4am. So when you get the cravings after dinner they're there to take care of you!
Although be careful and make sure that you check your order before you leave. The dude can't keep up with multiple orders. Even when you point and he pulls the donuts from his side of the counter.
So three stars for the guys inability to keep up with orders. But the doughnuts are really good! -

Holy shit! I wanted to see what all the hype was about, and boy did it live up to expectation. Got there around 10:30pm on a Sunday night and the line was around the building. At this point I was questioning my life choices thinking, "Can the donuts really be that good? Are they dipped in gold? What the hell?" We waited about 25 minutes in line, all the while watching them cut the dough...form them into various kinds of donuts...dipping fresh donuts in glaze...frying....Essentially doing everything to make your mouth water.
The front window is stacked almost to the ceiling with a variety of donuts...enough to make your stomach growl. We pretty much got one of everything and our total was somewhere around $13. We found a table, sat down, and dove into the box of sugary goodness. Seriously, even the plain glazed donut was enough to make me know the 25 minutes was well worth the wait. Each bite melted in your mouth...the long braided donut (tiger tail) we turned into a lady and the tramp moment...I'll say that the chocolate chip donut was better day 2 when it had time to cool a bit.
All in all, it lived up to the hype. Do yourself a favor and carve out some time for the wait. It's well worth it.
